Documents

Drop the docs.
Ask the question.

A document analyst built for your business. Drop a folder of contracts, briefs or call notes. Ask anything in plain English. Get an answer with the source quoted back to you.

What it is

In plain English.

Every business is sitting on a pile of documents that hold the answers to questions someone has to dig through manually. Past contracts, scopes, briefs, transcripts, internal SOPs.

We build a custom assistant that reads through all of it for you. You ask in normal English. It finds the answer, quotes the source, and pulls structured data out if you need it. Nothing leaves your accounts.

Where it's been used

A real example.

In practice

Same patterns we use to query our own past proposals and call notes. Need to find what we offered a similar client three months ago? We just ask.

Ready to talk?

Pick a time. We'll scope it.

A 30-minute call. No pitch deck, no hard sell. We'll talk through what you've got, whether it's a fit, and give you a fixed-price proposal within 24 hours. Every build is scoped properly before anyone touches a keyboard.

Or email ben@workvolve.com if calendars aren't your thing.

Common questions

What does a build like this cost?

Every build gets one fixed price in writing after a short scoping call, before any work starts. The number depends on how many systems are involved and how much logic sits between them, and there is no hourly meter or revised estimate halfway through. For document-heavy teams, the common starting point is one painful process rather than everything at once.

How long does a build take?

It depends on the scope, and you get a firm date in writing before you commit. We would rather give you an honest date than a fast one we miss.

What problem does this actually solve?

The usual trigger is answers buried in contracts and PDFs. We map the process, build the system that does it, test it with the people who have to use it, then hand it over with documentation and walkthroughs.

Do we own the automation once it is built?

Yes, once it is paid for. It is built in your own accounts under your own credentials from day one, and the code, workflows, documentation and credentials are all handed over at completion. There are no licence fees, no lock-in, and nothing stops working if we stop working together.

What tools do you build with?

Mostly n8n for workflow automation, the Claude and OpenAI APIs for anything with AI in it, and Next.js with Supabase when a build needs a real interface. We connect to whatever you already run - CRMs, accounting, job management, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.

Do you work with businesses outside Brisbane?

Workvolve is based in Brisbane and works with businesses across Australia. Most delivery happens remotely, so being interstate makes no practical difference to the build.
