A Bit About Me
I've spent years working across full-stack development, AI integration, and workflow automation. I started Workvolve because I kept seeing the same thing everywhere - smart teams buried in repetitive admin that a well-built system could handle in seconds.
Now I do that full time. I work across the entire stack - AI, backend, frontend, integrations, deployment - so when you work with me, you're getting someone who can take a problem from "we waste hours on this" to a live, running system without needing five different people involved.
What I've Built
AI File Note Automator
This one came out of a real problem I kept seeing - people spending 10-15 minutes after every call typing up notes. I built a system that listens to the call recording, transcribes it, runs it through AI, and generates a structured note automatically. Attendees, key discussion points, advice given, action items, follow-ups - all formatted and saved straight into the client's existing systems. It works with most major practice management and CRM platforms. Currently running in production handling 40+ calls a day, costing about 25 cents per call to run.
CRM Sync Automation
Built a few of these now for different clients. The core idea is the same - leads come in from multiple sources, and instead of someone manually entering them into the CRM and updating deal stages and triggering follow-ups, the whole thing runs automatically. New contact comes in, gets created in the right pipeline with the right tags, and the follow-up sequence kicks off without anyone touching it. One client saved 18+ hours a week of manual data entry across their team.
AI-Powered Web Applications
I've built several full web applications from scratch - proposal generators with AI content creation, e-signatures, and payment collection built in. SOP generators that let teams document their processes with AI assistance and share them instantly. Contact management systems that tie everything together. These aren't templates or no-code tools - they're custom-built applications designed around how each business actually works.
