Growth

A pipeline that runs
while you sleep.

End-to-end outbound. We scrape the leads, enrich them, write personalised first-touch emails using AI, and feed the replies straight into your CRM. The whole loop, on a schedule.

What it is

In plain English.

Most outbound dies because it's three different jobs nobody owns. Someone scrapes a list, someone else writes the emails, someone else handles replies. By the time the lead is warm, the moment's gone.

We wire the whole thing as one system. Source, enrichment, personalised first-touch, sending infrastructure, reply handling. All on a schedule. The only thing your team does is take the calls that get booked.

Where it's been used

A real example.

In practice

We run our own outbound through this exact stack. Apify pulls weekly lead lists, AI writes a unique opening line per prospect, replies route into our CRM with the next action attached.

Ready to talk?

Pick a time. We'll scope it.

A 30-minute call. No pitch deck, no hard sell. We'll talk through what you've got, whether it's a fit, and give you a fixed-price proposal within 24 hours. Every build is scoped properly before anyone touches a keyboard.

Or email ben@workvolve.com if calendars aren't your thing.

Common questions

What does a build like this cost?

Every build gets one fixed price in writing after a short scoping call, before any work starts. The number depends on how many systems are involved and how much logic sits between them, and there is no hourly meter or revised estimate halfway through. For sales-led businesses, the common starting point is one painful process rather than everything at once.

How long does a build take?

It depends on the scope, and you get a firm date in writing before you commit. We would rather give you an honest date than a fast one we miss.

What problem does this actually solve?

The usual trigger is outreach that stops when you get busy. We map the process, build the system that does it, test it with the people who have to use it, then hand it over with documentation and walkthroughs.

Do we own the automation once it is built?

Yes, once it is paid for. It is built in your own accounts under your own credentials from day one, and the code, workflows, documentation and credentials are all handed over at completion. There are no licence fees, no lock-in, and nothing stops working if we stop working together.

What tools do you build with?

Mostly n8n for workflow automation, the Claude and OpenAI APIs for anything with AI in it, and Next.js with Supabase when a build needs a real interface. We connect to whatever you already run - CRMs, accounting, job management, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.

Do you work with businesses outside Brisbane?

Workvolve is based in Brisbane and works with businesses across Australia. Most delivery happens remotely, so being interstate makes no practical difference to the build.
