AI voice agents Australia

Handle routine calls.
Escalate the rest.

We build AI voice agents for Australian businesses. They follow an approved call flow, use the systems you authorise and hand the call to a person when the conversation leaves safe boundaries.

What it is

A phone workflow for repeatable calls.

A voice agent can answer or place a call, ask agreed questions and record the result. Suitable uses include appointment confirmations, straightforward lead qualification, callback follow-ups and simple status questions.

The call flow sets what the agent may say, which systems it may read or update and when it must stop. We test those rules against real scenarios before the agent handles live calls.

Good fit

Calls with a clear goal and safe next step.

Boundaries

Consent, escalation and data handling.

The opening makes it clear the caller is speaking with an AI assistant. Before launch, you approve the script, recording approach, contact list and data the agent can use.

Complaints, distress, sensitive matters, requests for advice and anything the agent cannot verify should move to a person. The handover can be a live transfer, a callback task or an internal alert, depending on your team.

We map what the call platform stores, where transcripts and recordings go, who can access them and how long they remain. Your organisation approves those settings against its own obligations and policies.

What you receive

A tested build with full handover.

The scope covers the call flow, prompts, approved knowledge, integrations, escalation path and failure alerts. We test expected calls and awkward edge cases before launch.

The agent runs in your accounts. Handover includes the configuration, documentation and walkthroughs. Ongoing support is available, but it is not a condition of the build.

Ready to talk?

Pick a time. We'll scope it.

A 30-minute call. We will look at the call type, volume, consent approach, systems and escalation path. If a voice agent is a fit, we will scope the build and quote it in writing.

Or email ben@workvolve.com if calendars aren't your thing.

Common questions

What does a build like this cost?

Every build gets one fixed price in writing after a short scoping call, before any work starts. The number depends on how many systems are involved and how much logic sits between them, and there is no hourly meter or revised estimate halfway through. For service businesses, the common starting point is one painful process rather than everything at once.

How long does a build take?

It depends on the scope, and you get a firm date in writing before you commit. We would rather give you an honest date than a fast one we miss.

What problem does this actually solve?

The usual trigger is calls going unanswered. We map the process, build the system that does it, test it with the people who have to use it, then hand it over with documentation and walkthroughs.

Do we own the automation once it is built?

Yes, once it is paid for. It is built in your own accounts under your own credentials from day one, and the code, workflows, documentation and credentials are all handed over at completion. There are no licence fees, no lock-in, and nothing stops working if we stop working together.

What tools do you build with?

Mostly n8n for workflow automation, the Claude and OpenAI APIs for anything with AI in it, and Next.js with Supabase when a build needs a real interface. We connect to whatever you already run - CRMs, accounting, job management, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.

Do you work with businesses outside Brisbane?

Workvolve is based in Brisbane and works with businesses across Australia. Most delivery happens remotely, so being interstate makes no practical difference to the build.
