Business dashboard development

A business dashboard for
the decisions that matter.

We build custom business dashboards for Australian teams. Your CRM, finance, operations or compliance data becomes one clear view built around the decisions you make.

What it is

One view of the work that needs attention.

A business dashboard pulls the fields you already rely on into a view your team can understand quickly. It can show sales activity, project status, cash movement, service delivery or compliance deadlines without another manual spreadsheet.

The build starts with the decisions the dashboard needs to support. We then map each number back to its source, agree how fresh it needs to be and define who can see it.

What goes in

Inputs, outputs and update frequency.

Delivered work

A dashboard should show what happens next.

Compliance dashboard

For an Australian NDIS-registered disability services provider, we built a live status dashboard alongside an obligations register and reminder workflows. The team can see what is due, what is overdue and where evidence has been logged without interpreting the source spreadsheet. Read the case study.

Handover

Built in your accounts. Handed over properly.

We document the data sources, field definitions, refresh schedule and access rules. Your team also gets walkthroughs and a clear way to stop or change the system.

The dashboard and its connections run in your accounts. Ongoing support is available if you want it, but it is not required.

Ready to talk?

Pick a time. We'll scope it.

A 30-minute call. We'll look at the systems you use, the decisions the dashboard should support and the people who need access. If it is a fit, we will scope the build and quote it in writing.

Or email ben@workvolve.com if calendars aren't your thing.

Common questions

What does a build like this cost?

Every build gets one fixed price in writing after a short scoping call, before any work starts. The number depends on how many systems are involved and how much logic sits between them, and there is no hourly meter or revised estimate halfway through. For business owners, the common starting point is one painful process rather than everything at once.

How long does a build take?

It depends on the scope, and you get a firm date in writing before you commit. We would rather give you an honest date than a fast one we miss.

What problem does this actually solve?

The usual trigger is numbers scattered across five systems. We map the process, build the system that does it, test it with the people who have to use it, then hand it over with documentation and walkthroughs.

Do we own the automation once it is built?

Yes, once it is paid for. It is built in your own accounts under your own credentials from day one, and the code, workflows, documentation and credentials are all handed over at completion. There are no licence fees, no lock-in, and nothing stops working if we stop working together.

What tools do you build with?

Mostly n8n for workflow automation, the Claude and OpenAI APIs for anything with AI in it, and Next.js with Supabase when a build needs a real interface. We connect to whatever you already run - CRMs, accounting, job management, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.

Do you work with businesses outside Brisbane?

Workvolve is based in Brisbane and works with businesses across Australia. Most delivery happens remotely, so being interstate makes no practical difference to the build.
