Questions firms ask before signing

What phone systems does it work with?
Microsoft Teams Phone, 3CX, RingCentral, and other major business phone systems. It works on top of whatever you're already using - no replacement needed.
Where is our data stored?
All data is processed and stored in Australia. Your call recordings are encrypted, processed for transcription, and deleted within 24 hours. Only the transcript and file note are retained. Your data is never used to train AI models - this is guaranteed in your contract.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
Every file note goes through a mandatory human review before anything is posted to your practice management system. Your fee earner reads the note, can edit any detail, and must explicitly approve before it files. Nothing reaches your matter without a lawyer's sign-off.
What practice management systems do you integrate with?
Currently integrated with Actionstep, with LEAP, Smokeball, and Clio planned. If your PMS has an API, we can build the integration.
How long does setup take?
Typically 1-2 weeks from signing to live deployment. That includes integration, custom template configuration, staff training, and a test period before full rollout.
What happens if we want to cancel?
You can cancel at any time. Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation. All your file notes, transcripts, and templates stay yours. There's no exit fee and no data held hostage.
